@slickubiq @SirBarefoot @PurityChad I'm not the OP, but I can highly recommend Pete Egoscue's book Pain Free at Your PC and all of the Egoscue method exercises to combat the negative effects of sitting. And if you like the book, the original one called Pain Free is especially foundational.
