but if i EVER want to not hate myself, i need to treat myself better. I need to eat properly so i stop bingeing. i’m not deleting twt or anything but i am going to try and shift my mentality and habits to align with semi-recovery
okay i think im gonna just accept than im inactive and im gonna stop forcing it. this disorder has genuinely ruined my life. every relapse, i either maintain or gain (BED) and then also have a shot metabolism, no energy, and lost muscle mass. my mentality will never be healthy,
