Loitering, trespassing, panhandling, camping, indecent exposure, drug trafficking, prostitution, harassment are all grounds to get arrested depending on your city's local laws. Cops typically turn the other way but WILL enforce the law if things escalate.

@mattvanswol Political Correctness got us here. No one wants to be responsible for holding back Blacks/Browns struggling in class, so teachers end up pushing them ahead. But then those kids fall further behind AND drag the class back since the teacher is too busy trying to get them catch up/1

@NoraTheBora In Western society, inclusion comes preemptive, whether we're aware or not. Everyone participates through their vote, wallets, online opinions. But inclusion w/o barriers is like doing away with all road signs & streetlights, just so no one has to be told 'stop' or 'one way'.
