@BLRAirport @AirIndiaX - Waiting for luggage for more than 45 mins now at Bangalore T2 terminal at Belt no 8 for flight IX 1229. No Air India staff available to help. Terrible service. The lady at the Air India counter says that no one is picking her call for any help.
@AirIndiaX @AirIndiaX Your claim of flight was not delayed for more than 2 hours is not correct. Please provide the appropriate compensation for the flight delay and the inconvenience caused by the long wait time in the luggage arrival. I have shared the screenshot of the timings already.
@AirIndiaX The delay is definitely for more than 2 hrs. The actual time for arrival at Bangalore was 10:10 PM but flight arrived at 12:36 AM. Below is the screwnshot
@AirIndiaX @AAI_Official also please note I boarded flight from Jaipur so just imagine the inconvenience. Also, there were further delays of 50 mins in the luggage arrival on the belt. This also caused my taxi which left and I had to pay extra charges for my cab.
@AirIndiaX Do you provide compensation for this? It should be partial refund of the fare. More than 2 hrs flight delay without providing any food is not acceptable. Please confirm if you will provide any compensation for this, it can be the partial refund of the fare as well.
@AirIndiaX @AAI_Official Flight delayed by 2 hrs 30 mins and then had to wait for luggage collection for 50 mins. Terrible experience. No food provided at the flight for the delayed schedule. No compensation provided. Twitter or X handler just reply with same message.
