la CNDH a réuni les points focaux pour renforcer la coordination et le suivi des recommandations de l’EPU. Objectif : améliorer la mise en œuvre, le reporting et la collaboration entre institution Engagement collectif pour une action concertée.
Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses capacités institutionnelles, la Commission Nationale des Droits de l’Homme a procédé à la clôture, le jeudi 23 avril, de la formation consacrée au suivi et à l’évaluation des politiques publiques dans une approche fondée sur les droits humains. Cette session, riche en échanges et en apprentissages, a permis de consolider les compétences des participants autour d’outils d’analyse rigoureux, orientés vers l’impact concret de l’action publique sur les titulaires de droits. La cérémonie de clôture s’est tenue en présence du Président de la Commission Nationale des Droits de l’Homme, du Maire de la Ville de Djibouti, ainsi que d’un membre de la délégation de l’Union européenne, témoignant de l’attention soutenue portée à ces enjeux. À cette occasion, le Président de la CNDH a salué la qualité des travaux menés, tout en rappelant avec conviction la nécessité d’ancrer durablement cette approche dans la conception, le suivi et l’évaluation de l’action publique. S’inscrivant dans la dynamique impulsée par le président de la commission , cette initiative contribue à consolider un partenariat structuré avec les parlementaires, en vue de renforcer l’intégration des droits fondamentaux dans l’orientation des politiques publiques. Cette formation constitue ainsi une étape importante, sans constituer un aboutissement, d’un processus appelé à se poursuivre à travers de futures initiatives et cadres de collaboration. À travers cette démarche, la CNDH réaffirme son engagement en faveur d’une gouvernance plus inclusive, transparente et respectueuse des droits fondamentaux.
