Al hacer la matemática básica sobre las cifras del sistema carcelario, las inconsistencias quedan al descubierto: 📷 EL ANÁLISIS DE LOS DATOS: Población carcelaria estimada: ~132,000 personas (40,000 condenados previos + 92,000 detenidos bajo el régimen de excepción). Plan Cero Ocio: 94,846 personas integradas. Diferencia: Solo ~37,000 reclusos quedan fuera del programa (quienes según el criterio oficial serían los clasificados como pandilleros o de alta peligrosidad). 📷 LA VERDAD TRAS LOS NÚMEROS: Población no vinculada a pandillas: Si el "Plan Cero Ocio" no incluye a pandilleros ni agresores graves, las cifras oficiales confirman que un buen porcentaje de los detenidos en el régimen no son pandilleros, sino personas procesadas sin condena ni debido proceso, lo que ellos llaman "margen de error".
