For years if not when he tattooed it on. There are plenty of ways to remove a tattoo. He knew that too. Any decent human being would have removed it the moment they found out about it. Clearly he was proud of having a Nazi tattoo.

The ayatollah also significantly benefited from socialists support (including France itself) but later turned on them and killed over 50,000 socialists which helped him get into power. Those who not only criticize Israel but also AIPAC (which is by name an American Jewish pac) will start with that and eventually turn on all Jews. Maybe if prominent democratic Jews supported Israel in its fight for the survival of the Jewish DEMOCRATIC state instead of talking about it as the devil merely for their own political gain, young people and naive stupid Jewish liberals would have supported Israel.
