Ermmmmm Hey not to be cringefail but it’s been a year+ and im moving out next week to my no1 university to study my passion and i got a scholarship and ive discovered so much abt myself over the months and none of this would have happened w/o recovery so Yeah ! it does get better
whole year since starting recovery ,,, choosing to recover was the best decision of my life nd i would not return to anorexia for the Entire world
not drastic undereating Btw !!!!!! literally just slightly less than usual nd my heart goes insane the next day
does anyone know why i get crazy heart palpitations the day after i eat less than usual ?? i’m weight restored so it’s not linked to that but Lord
going to madrid in a few days w my friends nd going to be able to eat spanish food and wear bikinis without being scared and go out drinking like recovery is soooo Real
it's going to b so cool bc one of my friends is spanish nd shes going to take us to all the non-tourist restaurants so we can eat food that hasnt been modified 4 british people nd i will Combust

im so close to being fully recovered nd my biggest advice is to just go all in ,,, u will never feel prepared 2 do it but it’s literally the best decision i could have ever made nd it’s sped up my recovery process by so much
@IAmAngeliii true 🤞🤞 i was aiming this @ people who have been in semi recov for a period of time + capable of going all in, but dont feel like theyre mentally prepared. obviously everyone should be aware of their own situation nd what route of recovery is safe for them
recovery makes me feel Surprised abt the most Simple things like . Youre telling me i will b happier if i stop dedicating my entire existence to my weight 🤨⁉⁉
