@helen_min I think that is different- you are in BEFORE the blue chips. I am referring to funds that come in the same round as blue chips at WORSE terms. But the case studies in the pitch deck appear to say they are in the same round, same terms.
Pro-tip for allocators looking at smaller funds who co-invest with blue chips. Look closely.
Have been seeing this & honestly… makes sense. After a portco announced a round led by a “prestige” firm they got unsolicited offers at “double”, without knowing the valuation! The “prestige” GP said, “We see this all the time. Don’t take it unless it’s at least 3x.”
