After speaking with a few subnet owners and Bittensor veterans, we are actively fine-tuning our incentive and anti-gaming mechanism in order to make our subnet a reality. This was an incredible experience that's only going to make our vision clearer and stronger.

Recruitensor is the answer to the miner scarcity problem. We incentivize people to find the best developers out there to mine on Bittensor.
Recruiters get short/long term rewards for their services. Even the recruits themselves earn as they continue to produce on the network.
We have an anti-sybil system to deter gaming the system and ensure the best talent to onboard. Recruitensor will have a dedicated treasury to fund hackathons, workshops, and more!

Thanks for the comment wywy. Miners need to recruit highly qualified miners in order to earn on Recruitensor. This means an aged github(6+ months), quality commit analysis, and a subnet specific quiz (bot-resistant) that rates their skills.
Also, if the recruit doesn't earn emissions on a subnet, the miner will not get emissions.
