Getting propane on a gray May day. We passed the Fire Prevention inspection today, on to a truck safety tomorrow and a health inspection next week. Getting ready for our first day of the season @StNorbertMarket on May 28th. Have a great long weekend everyone!

This weeks special the “Fennel Destination” features beautiful local fennel from @wildearthfarms and pork from Zinn_farms . Manitoba tomato sauce, house made pork sausage, fennel roasted in oregano oil, roasted garlic, double Parmesan, mozza, pickled fennel to finish.
We’re featuring some some vibrant and flavourful purple snow peas on this weeks special. Scallion and sesame pesto, local Beauregarde snow peas, Zinn_farms chicken sausage, fior di latte, @loafandhoney golden prairie cheese and mint to finish.

ALRIGHTY THEN! The Ace-Paragus Ventura is our newest special; Parm cream, local asparagus, fior di latte, red onion, pancetta, shaved pecorino, basil aioli and chili garlic breadcrumbs.
We have some beautiful local lettuce from @wildearthfarms on the menu right now! Sun dried tomato and miso vinaigrette, local lettuce, cucumber, tomato, feta, Moroccan oil-cured olives, chickpeas and dill. We are open for takeout and curbside pickup all weekend.

Sous-chef @feenixleee (insta) has a delicious vegetarian pizza special on the menu this week. Chili oil, roasted acorn squash, balsamic glaze mushroom, goat cheese, mozzarella, black Pepper, sea salt, and parsley. We are open regular hours all weekend.
