עוד ועוד סימנים מעידים: נתניהו הוביל את ישראל בעיוורון למחדל השבעה באוקטובר. לפי הפרסום הבוקר, הוא קיבל התרעה מפורשת, ימים לפני הטבח, מנשיא איחוד האמירויות לגבי כוונות סינוואר, אבל לא עדכן את ראשי מערכת הביטחון. מי לא העיר את מי? סביבתו מהדהדת את תיאוריית הקונספירציה והבגידה העלובות, ממציאה את המשפט הכי מגוחך שמנהיג יכול לדבוק בו -״לא העירו אותי״, בגלל שתי עובדות: 1. הוא יודע את האמת. 2. הוא מבוהל ממנה ומנסה לברוח מאחריות. נתניהו קיבל עשרות התרעות לשבעה באוקטובר והתעלם מכולן. הוא לא כשיר. מיד עם הקמת הממשלה הבאה, נקים ועדת חקירה ממלכתית- שתחקור עשור לאחור, תבהיר מה נתניהו ידע ולא ידע, תגיע לחקר האמת ותמנע את האסון הבא.
