@UPS Our shop's current driver won't leave our packages in the package drop area at the rear of the building. I can supply the company name off Twitter. He's been skipping delivery of the same package since 1/30/25. Never had this problem before.

@SpotifyUSA this seems complicated. we’re on the family plan & thru a mix-up years ago, my son was named plan manager, but I pay the bill. Why can I use Spotify on my iPad, but only see my son’s music on my iPhone? If he’s on Spotify, I can only hear what he’s listening to. Help!

@LandsEnd on 1/22/24 I returned an item I hadn’t ordered (HRGNJALK) and I still haven’t gotten a refund to my credit card. Can you tell me why this hasn’t been refunded? It was not an inexpensive item so this is pretty upsetting.

@firstenergycorp I autopay my retail account with Jersey Central, but your website says NO such account exists. I don't receive invoices or info on the energy I'm using. I sat on hold 9/8 for 2 HOURS, briefly spoke to a staffer, call was disconnected. How can you suck so badly?

@HunterdonHealth frustrated patient can’t get a refill for meds I’ve taken for 3 years. Doc’s line is busy + last refill message I left was ignored, so I tried portal access. No dice. I’m sure I had an email 2 years ago with portal details, but that’s gone. You expect too much.
