One more 🎁: Replacicon 2.1 is rolling out with a Liquid Glass design, reliability improvements for keeping app icons up-to-date in the background, and more. You can also change Chrome's icon now. "Check for Updates" in the app to grab it today.
So far, Replacicon seems to be working just fine on macOS 26 Tahoe, and the icons aren't even confined to the system-imposed icon shape.
You can also add custom app search paths in the Settings window of Replacicon 2.0 such as external hard drives, and Replacicon will allow you to update those icons as well.
Replacicon 2.0 is rolling out now with support for generating and setting Mac app icons with Apple Intelligence + Image Playground. Head to the Replacicon menu and Check for Updates to try it out! (You also have to be on macOS 15.2.) replacicon.app

New in Replacicon 1.7, you can easily create an app icon from any PNG file and have it perfectly match the other app icons in your Mac's Dock. Learn more at: replacicon.app
Replacicon 1.7 is now out with support for creating icons from PNG files, additional localizations, performance improvements, and more! Head to the app and use the Check for Updates menu item to update today!

Replacicon is fully compatible with macOS 15 "Sequoia". If you have issues after upgrading, try running through the setup wizard again (Help menu > Open Setup Wizard).
