@jazzarenice @fiend4sports @ESPNNBA @KendrickPerkins They said the same about Brunson and almost every other guard under 6”5… Acuff has the IQ, muscle strength, and speed to play defense as needed… He played 35 mpg (6 more than DP) and had to exert most of his energy on the offensive end of the floor He’ll be fine.

@MindofVari @sixringsofsteeI He exists but unless we get Boozer at 4, I don’t love us offensively without an elite scorer on this roster Caleb may develop into that guy but Acuff’s scoring and shot making ability is something Giddey will never develop, unfortunately

@fiend4sports @ESPNNBA @KendrickPerkins DP is a few inches taller but Acuff is quicker and a stronger finisher at the rim Acuff shot 44% from 3 while DP averaged 43% from the field 6 apg compared to only 1.5 apg for DP… Acuff offensive efficiency was historic. Lillard/Brunson written all over him
