Danas je 4. kolovoza. Dan prije Dana pobjede i domovinske zahvalnosti i Dana hrvatskih branitelja. Grad Zagreb jos nije izvjesio hrvatske zastave!!! 🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷 U prilogu fotka otprije 10 min. Ali zato je vjestica Pamukovic jucer ispred Bana tvrdila da je Oluja “odgovornost svih nas”. Ne znam kako je feministicama i lezbama, ali ja sam na Oluju ponosna i slavim je!! A vi se zderite! Zahvalna svim hrvatskim braniteljima i policajcima jer danas mogu prokazivati one koji pokusavaju razrusiti ono za sto su oni ginuli. Duboka i iskrena zahvalnost i postovanje! 🇭🇷❤️

Desetljećima gradimo staklene kutije, zatrpavamo gradove betonom i asfaltom, režemo stabla, a onda na fasadu nalijepimo klimu od 5 kW i mislimo kako smo riješili problem. Nismo. Samo smo lošu arhitekturu pretvorili u još veću potrošnju struje. Orijentacija, sjena, prirodno provjetravanje, zelenilo i pametno projektiranje često vrijede više od još deblje fasade i još jače klime. Najapsurdnije je što ćemo te zgrade koristiti desetljećima, dok ih i dalje projektiramo kao da je klima iz 1980-ih još uvijek aktualna. A račun će biti ogroman: Europska komisija procjenjuje da će EU do 2050. morati ulagati gotovo 70 milijardi eura godišnje u prilagodbu klimatskim promjenama! Ako netko razmišlja gdje širiti posao ili pokrenuti novi biznis, ovo je područje koje vrijedi ozbiljno gledati. Obnova zgrada, zaštita od pregrijavanja, energetska učinkovitost, zasjenjenje, ventilacija i urbano zelenilo bit će sve veće tržište. A posla i love će biti...

Ministarstvo kulture ponovno je odlučilo koje će knjižare i kulturne projekte porezni obveznici biti prisiljeni financirati. Nije važno radi li se o milijun ili sto milijuna eura recept je uvijek isti - uzmi jednima i daj drugima. Problem nije u tome tko je dobio milijun eura. Problem je što postoji ministarstvo kulture koje uopće ima ovlast odlučivati kome će uzeti, a kome dati. Takvo ministarstvo treba ukinuti! FUN FACT: kultura je postojala tisućama godina prije ministarstva kulture.
