It’s glaringly obvious our Women’s players need more game time. Cricket Ireland, get them more games. Let them play more club games. Give them more super series games. Put them in a Men’s league maybe. Send them abroad. Whatever it takes, just get them more cricket.

Stop wrapping them up in cotton wool. They still get injured anyway. Swap out some gym time for game time. Reintroduce domestic 50 over cricket to give them time in the middle and longer spells. And while you’re at it.. Pay them more.

He may be mixing us up with a single operator who called him out maybe. I don’t know what he thinks is incorrect in our document.

@dmclellan2024 @_PeterRyan Name me one qualification a drone operator should have? Most of our members are qualified surveyors, but some are not. Others have media degrees etc. Really not sure what you’re trying to get at?
