I have never experienced a car rental service this consistently disappointing. Every time I use @Zoomcar__India @ZoomcarKOL @ZoomcarBLR , I end up frustrated. hosts cancel at the last minute, support is rude and completely incompetent, and the whole experience feels unreliable. Someone seriously needs to build a better car rental alternative.

unfortunately i have 0 faith in your ability to help me out - this has happened countless times before for bookings that me or my friends have made, and i don't expect it to change. what infuriates me the most is the support staff - they are rude and they have no idea how to help a customer out.
