During the rainy season, roads became impassable, making it difficult to transport produce. As a result of @ESAFFUG's capacity strengthening through Public Expenditure Tracking Surveys (PETS) model, small-scale farmers successfully engaged local government with evidence, leading to the construction of a motorable community road that improved market access.
