@TicketmasterCS please could someone reply about the re-issue of a gift card? I’m having no joy. I have an email saying to expect a new card but it’s been months now. The email doesn’t have a ref no on it.

@TicketmasterCS just following up from a message yesterday: Hi, there’s no reference on the auto reply. Just a repeat of the gift card number and a note saying after details are verified a new card will be issued - this hasn’t happened even though it says it could take 6 weeks.
