@adidas The adidas online store is basically horrible. Everything looks like it's working fine until you have a problem. Once something goes wrong, the experience becomes incredibly frustrating. Calling customer service is even worse—I had to wait for over an hour just to speak with someone. I received the following message from the carrier: "We're sorry. We are unable to locate your package. Please contact the seller for further information." So, after waiting on hold for more than an hour, I called adidas customer service and explained that the carrier had lost the package. Instead of processing a refund, the representative told me to call back later to request one. Why can't you process the refund now? If the carrier has already confirmed the package can't be located, what is the point of making customers call back again? It feels like a policy designed to inconvenience customers rather than help them.
