Nice. Yeah like not just filmmaking but...everything. All of my computers, their specs, how to login (keys, not passwords), where things are located, etc. All of my camera gear, my 3D printer, my coffee roaster, etc. So first it's great for troubleshooting or tutorial stuff. But then a device entry turns “something I own” into something I, another person, or an AI agent can understand, use, repair, and connect to other systems without starting from zero. "hey i need a new ND filter for my lens" -- ChatGPT goes and finds 72mm filters. Control my SONOS speakers, Apple TV, or any smart home stuff. It just makes it so much easier to explain what you have and how you use it -once- and then every AI system will know what you're talking about.
@andrewchen It's even simpler, actually. It's a lesson Silicon Valley relearns every 10-15 years: Consumers pay for entertainment. Businesses pay for productivity. Consumers don't pay for productivity. They want to be entertained, not do more work.
