Please tell me that my new tattoo isn’t bad. Please. All I want is to see some praise for the amazing job Lana Kane did on my noggin. She fucking killed it

@xvxkailee I completely understand that feeling. There was definitely a point in my life I absolutely despised having the tattoos I have and genuinely wanted to rip my skin off and cry. It comes in waves, remember that your skin does not define who you are as a person.

@Darvytattoo I absolutely adore it. It makes me finally feel comfortable in my own skin. I spent too long trying to fit in with society and I was miserable. I like big and bold artwork. I can finally look in the mirror and feel happy without a pound of makeup on.

Ya know what, the old heads are right. We gotta make tattooing scary again. But not in an anti LGBTQ+, POC, Disability, or women way. Like an anti Karen way. I want to throw someone out of the shop for acting like a cunt.

How do you stay motivated and create flash consistently ?? I’ll go through a phase like a week or two out of the year where I’m on that shit and then it’s gone.

A lotta discourse lately about predatory tattoo artists, safe spaces in tattooing , etc. this question just popped up on a q&a I had for feedback on my website and it was a well timed opportunity to word vomit some of my thoughts on the topic .

@grooovtam They may have them for phones, but occasionally I’ll use a polarizing lens and a film to soften the light from my lamp. Recent photos of my work are take. with a fujifilm xs10
