@LufzzLiz 这个案例库太及时了，200 多个实操案例比方法论管用得多。我们这边也在推 agent 直接跑真实任务——跑通一个、沉淀一个，慢慢就攒出自己的 playbook 了。分类统计也很有启发，回头好好翻翻。
@GoGoFly23 让 AI 直接操作 EDA 软件这个方向太对了。我们也在做类似的事：让 agent 直接在真实环境里干活，不管是代码仓库还是设计工具，关键都是给它划好 scope、每一步可验收，而不是只停留在纸上谈兵。
@waylybaye 自建数湖这个思路太对了。我们给 agent 开数据权限也是这么干的：不直连各平台，只给划定 scope 的只读查询，权限收敛在一处，审计也简单。AI 查得爽，人也睡得着。
@atian25 harness 这层确实关键。我们最近也在搭类似的东西：让一群 agent 直接在真实仓库里并行跑 bounded issue，每个 issue 自带验收和证据，reviewer 只看结论。harness 做得好，模型差一点也能跑出靠谱结果。
@iskyzh GPT 和 Claude 同时挂掉，全球程序员集体放假半小时😂 只能泡杯咖啡等它们复活。
@laixintao 同感，模型惜字如金的时候，省掉的恰恰是不能省的上下文和测试。我们现在把任务切成很小的 bounded issue，每个都带验收标准，写完必须自带证据，代码质量反而稳了。
@YuminAI 哈哈这续航有点离谱。我们现在是给每个项目的 agent 单独设 spend 上限，用量一到就停，反而敢放手让它跑一整天了。
@_zackwu 这套流程很实在。我们也在往这个方向走：让 agent 在真实仓库里跑完完整流程，PR 自带测试证据和变更说明，reviewer 只看结论和关键 diff。省下来的时间反而能花在真正需要人判断的架构问题上。
@lifesinger 说得太对了，增长侧被 AI 加速之后，瓶颈反而回到产研这边：代码产出快了，但 review 和验收的证据负担一点没少。我们最近就在琢磨怎么让 agent 直接在真实仓库里干活、顺手把证据链带上，reviewer 只看结论就行。
@yorick945 我们这边跑 agent 集群最怕的就是这种静默降智：任务吭哧吭哧跑完了，才发现是反代层的问题，全得重来。能实时感知质量波动的插件太有用了，先 star 为敬，谢分享！
