मेरे पिताजी पूज्य श्री हरिशंकर जैन जी की कठोर मेहनत, तपस्या और संघर्ष का परिणाम है कि आज हिंदू समाज यह दिन देख पाया। 2 मई 2022 को उन्होंने माननीय इंदौर उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर कर इस न्यायिक लड़ाई की शुरुआत की थी, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आज ऐतिहासिक फैसला आया है।
तमिलनाडु के नए मुख्यमंत्री जोसेफ विजय की पार्टी TVK के "घोषणापत्र" से कुछ विशेष नगीने: • 60 साल की उम्र तक परिवार की हर महिला मुखिया को ₹2500 • हर परिवार को साल में 6 मुफ़्त LPG सिलेंडर • हर दुल्हन को 8 ग्राम सोना + 1 रेशमी साड़ी • पहली से 12वीं कक्षा तक के स्कूली उम्र के बच्चे के हर अभिभावक को ₹15,000 • राज्य के अंदर चलने वाली सभी बसों में महिलाओं के लिए मुफ़्त सफ़र • मुफ़्त सैनिटरी पैड • महिलाओं द्वारा चलाए जा रहे स्वयं सहायता समूहों को 5 लाख का अनुदान • हर नवजात शिशु के लिए सोने की अंगूठी + बेबी ऑयल, साबुन, डाइपर, कपड़े, सप्लीमेंट, खाना, मच्छरदानी • 12वीं से लेकर PhD तक की सभी पढ़ाई के लिए ₹20 लाख तक का बिना किसी गारंटी के लोन • ग्रेजुएट लोगों के लिए ₹4000 प्रति माह और डिप्लोमा धारकों के लिए ₹2500 प्रति माह • हर साल 5 लाख युवाओं को इंटर्नशिप प्रोग्राम में शामिल करना। ग्रेजुएट लोगों के लिए ₹10,000 प्रति माह और डिप्लोमा धारकों के लिए ₹8,000 प्रति माह • युवा उद्यमियों के लिए ₹25 लाख तक का बिना किसी गारंटी के लोन • 5 लाख युवाओं को 'पीपल सर्विस एसोसिएट' (पार्टी के वेतनभोगी कार्यकर्ता) के तौर पर रोज़गार देना, जिनकी मासिक सैलरी ₹18,000 होगी • 1.5 लाख युवा उद्यमियों को स्टार्टअप शुरू करने के लिए शुरुआती पूंजी देना। • पुलिस वालों की सैलरी 40% बढ़ाएंगे। • चावल का MSP ₹35 प्रति किलोग्राम होगा (वर्तमान में ₹23) • बटाईदार किसानों और कृषि श्रमिकों के लिए प्रति वर्ष ₹10,000 इतना सब देने के बाद, ये भी लिखा है कि कर्ज का भार कम करेंगे। बस ये नहीं बताया है कि कमाई कैसे बढ़ाएंगे। और कुछ खिसियाये लोग कहते हैं बिहारियों ने वोट बेच दिया। तो ये क्या है?

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ही मोदी जी के SC/ST Act पर थोड़ी बहुत सेंसिबल बातें अलग-अलग निर्णयों के माध्यम से कर रहा है। 2018 का मास्टरस्ट्रोक हम सह ही रहे हैं। आज कहा है कि निजी कमरे में या घर में यदि ऐसा कुछ होता है तो उसे आप इस क़ानून के दायरे में नहीं ला सकते। आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह निर्देश दिया कि केवल SC/St एक्ट लग जाने मात्र से किसी को एंटीसिपेटरी बेल नहीं देना, अनुचित है यदि प्राथमिक रूप से एक्ट का दुरुपयोग दिखे। यही बात जम्मू-कश्मीर हाई कोर्ट ने कुछ समय पूर्व कहीं थी। एक अन्य निर्णय में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि जातिगत गाली/कार्य जब तक सार्वजनिक तौर पर ना हुआ हो, उसे इस एक्ट के दायरे में नहीं लाया जा सकता। एक निर्णय में केरल हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि यदि केस संदिग्ध या राजनैतिक लक्ष्य साधने के लिए हो तब भी बेल दी जा सकती है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट एवं अन्य हाई कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा है कि किसी SC/ST व्यक्ति को गाली मात्र देने से एक्ट नहीं लगेगा, जब तक कि गाली सार्वजनिक तौर पर, उसकी जाति से संबद्ध ना हो। कन्वर्ट लोगों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसके प्रयोग की अनुमति नहीं दी है। सेक्शन 18, जिसमें पूर्व बेल पर पूर्णतः रोक है, तभी लागू किया जा सकता है जब FIR में स्पष्ट हो कि जातिगत भेदभाव से प्रेरित हो कर अपराध हुआ है। फिर भी, मैं सबसे यही कहूँगा कि बच कर रहें, कोर्ट हाथ पर हाथ धरे रह जाएगी यदि सरकार ने चाह लिया कि आप उनकी राजनैतिक रोटी फुलाने के लिए आग पर गर्म किए जा सकते हो।
