Deeply shocked and saddened by the passing of our dear friend, colleague and @WHO Envoy David Nabarro. David was a great champion of global health and health equity, and a wise, generous mentor to countless individuals. His work touched and impacted so many lives across the world. A doctor gets raped at her place of work in a Hospital where she was doing a 36 hour duty with injuries reminding people of Nirbhaya. Has the IMA said anything yet? I dont notice any tweets from the usual famous doctors with significant following say anything either. Wow.
