@TicketmasterCS 2.3.25, I posted to say your CS is appalling. DM recvd to confirm someone is looking into my daughter’s request for a refund which is now 2 months overdue & she would receive a response. Still waiting!!! This is nothing short of a disgrace.

@TicketmasterUK - your customer service for third parties is a disgrace!!! I’ve been trying to get hold of you for a week and every avenue I’ve tried has come to a dead end!! £700 worth of tickets have been re-sold by you for my daughter & the money has been withheld.
