it will get easier with time but thinking that we are supposed to "get rid of the urge" only makes us frustrated and more inclined to relapsing out of anger. We'll always have those weak moments, since it's an addiction that comes stronger when we have personal life problems

i think that one of the most useful things we can do is abandoning the idea that we can just "get rid of findom". We have to accept that not engaging in findom will always be an active effort on our ends. Every month that we don't relapse is an accomplishment.
