@TitaniumGeek @HelloLattis @londonbikeshow Correct. And when I asked for a refund, they never responded, or sent a form letter. Check their FB comments or any of their twitter mentions you'll find they have done this to a huge amount of people: sold them locks and never delivered, or "lost" them in the mail.

@cayesuomi @HelloLattis They won't answer you. They'll send you BS form letters over email. Their support doesn't exist. You may want to check out this site, where we're compiling complaints against Lattis - lockaction.org

From the emails I have received, wow, it's almost like there was a coordinated effort from @hellolattis to tell people they "lost" their locks. You can't possibly lose that many locks, guys. Come on. You think we wouldn't notice?
