@UPS I have now had a second consecutive delivery "attempted" where no attempt was made and, clearly, delivery instructions weren't followed. I'm a very unhappy customer. And I'm not the only person in my condo building to experience this lack of service.

@UPS I had a “delivery attempt” where the driver never left the truck and customer service-promised calls from a DC supervisor never materialized. To top it all off, I had to get my package from an AP. It was never delivered to my home! Why provide tracking if you don’t deliver?
