@lpoolcouncil @Liverpool1207 The reason the buildings are in poor condition is that they have not been maintained properly for a period of time. The cumulative effect of semi neglect is that you have a building you can no longer afford to keep in repair.

@lpoolcouncil @Liverpool1207 Once in private hands the council can and will admonish themselves of any blame when the services are lost. The new owner will demolish existing buildings and sell or build on land to expand the already established retail estate.

@Halfords_uk I booked a 4 wheel alignment on Thurs for aintree garage today. It was cancelled 40 mins before I was due. Shocking customer service. Plus I’ve got a 5 day wait for a refund. My inner self was saying don’t use Halfords and I should have listened it was right…….
