Hey, @UPS we haven't had a pickup the past 2 days. We are a regularly scheduled pickup for nearly 40 years and have 100s of lbs of packages (not possible to drop off at a #UPS store) sitting here. Phone calls to Addison, IL go unanswered. What is happening?!?

@FedExHelp our company shipped an order in Aug 2023 from the US to Australia and it was lost in transit. For the past SIX months I've been given the runaround on getting reimbursed nearly $2k. The latest denial says it's bc it left its origin. No 💩, it hasn't been DELIVERED!

@Candlewood my friend & I stayed at the Hurst, TX location Aug 19-20 (yesterday). She just informed me that she forgot her phone & watch chargers. The front desk told her nothing was turned in. In other words - stolen by cleaning staff. Very disappointing!

Do all car rental agencies cheat their clients? I feel like it's a bait and switch they pull, especially #Avis. Ended up with a Chevrolet Trax, which is classified as a Compact SUV, while Avis considers it an Intermediate SUV. Yeah right! 😠
