Warning for O2 customers. Just got a call saying they have a promotion on. They even sent me a text with a code. I was reluctant and said no. Called O2 and they confirmed it is a scam! Be careful out there!

@SingaporeAir great customer service! Waive cancellation fee and cancelled by flight due to medical reason within 24hrs!! Wish @qatarairways could do the same!
