Her father objected strongly, saying, "I am the son of a Hindu, and I am standing in Surat—not Lahore, Karachi, or Pakistan." He further questioned the authorities, saying, "You do not remove hijabs or burqas, yet you asked my daughter to remove her Tulsi mala." The incident has sparked debate on the consistent application of dress code and religious-symbol rules at examination centres.

She was handed the kind of postings that break people, districts where the sand and mining mafia runs a parallel government, where trucks strip the riverbeds through the night and everyone, from the local strongman to the officials meant to stop him, has quietly agreed to look away. She did not look away. As a sub divisional magistrate, she went after the illegal sand mining directly. She impounded the loaded trucks of a powerful mining operator, a man used to being untouchable. She did not accept the usual arrangement where the raid happens, the fine is paid, and the trucks quietly return to the river the next night. So the threats began. The mafia boss she had taken on was reported to have threatened her openly. A formal death threat followed, serious enough that the state had to increase her security. Here is the part that tells you who she is. Even under threat, she kept travelling to the other district to submit her evidence in court, in person, so the case against him would not collapse. The easy thing was to fall ill, to be busy, to let the file go cold. She refused. She is not a famous name. She has no film about her. She is simply one of those officers who took the oath seriously, in a system that often punishes exactly that. They thought a young woman in her first postings would be easy to frighten. They were wrong.

You may criticise the Government on any issue you want, but using the sacred names of our Deities in such a manner cannot be allowed. You are expected to refrain from using the sacred names of our Deities in such a manner. 6. You are a comedian and public figure. While you have the right to criticise the policies or actions of the Government of India (which I and many others do not object to), you have absolutely no right to use the names of our sacred Deities casually, mock them, or make fun of them for the sake of cheap laughs, political point-scoring, or sensationalism. This is not satire, it is a deliberate insult to the religious beliefs and sentiments of millions of Hindus. 7. Comments on the video and across social media by thousands of Hindus clearly show that the religious sentiments of thousands of Hindus, including me, have been deeply hurt. 8. Your actions squarely attract the offences punishable under: - Section 299 BNS (Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings) - Section 196/197 BNS (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion / Defamation) and other relevant provisions, r/w provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 9. You are hereby called upon to take note of the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s binding Order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay vs. Union of India (W.P.(C) No.943/2021), wherein the Apex Court has directed all States/UTs to register suo moto FIRs against acts that outrage religious feelings, without waiting for any formal complaint, irrespective of the religion or status of the offender. Failure to act by authorities shall amount to contempt of the Supreme Court. The date was December 23, 1912. Delhi's Chandni Chowk area.  British Viceroy Lord Hardinge was leading a royal procession on an elephant. Just then, a beautiful woman standing in the crowd waved her hand. No one suspected anything, but death lurked beneath the pallu of her sari. She was not a woman, but 17-year-old boy, revolutionary freedom fighter Basant Kumar Vishwas. At the behest of his mentor, Rasbihari Bose, he had disguised himself as a woman to breach the security cordon. Basant threw the bomb with perfect precision. The explosion was powerful, injuring the Viceroy, but he survived. Amidst the ensuing stampede, 'that girl' (Basant) quietly disappeared and returned to Bengal. His father passed away some time later. While he was busy performing his father's funeral rites, the police arrested him. He was subjected to unbearable torture behind prison bars. He was kept naked in the bitter cold, starved, but not a single name of his fellow freedom fighters came out of this 19-year-old's mouth. The British officers were astonished that at an age when boys play on the ground, this boy was playing with death. The final scene before the gallows when he said, "I will come again." His execution was scheduled for May 11, 1915, in Ambala Jail. Basant Kumar Vishwas was only 20 years old at the time. He became one of India's youngest martyrs. It is said that as he was led to the gallows, there was not a trace of fear on his face. Rather, his face bore a smile like that of a groom leading his wedding procession. He told the executioner, "Don't be afraid, brother, do your job. I will merge with this soil so that the plant of India's freedom may grow stronger." When the noose was placed around his neck, he loudly shouted "Vande Mataram." His voice echoed through the high prison walls, reverberating all the way outside. A revolutionary brave man like Basant Kumar Vishwas not only threw a bomb, but also sacrificed his identity, his youth, and his life for the freedom of India. I felt sad for him then but when I came to the stage, I saw Abhijeet Dipke eating all kinds of food, CJP leaders dancing on stage while Sonam sir was struggling even to sleep. I saw Prakash Raj telling students who had come for the NEET protest not to say "Jai Shri Ram." I saw Arundhati Roy, who has said Kashmir is not part of India, present there. I heard leaders saying "Jai Bhim will rule this nation." I saw a woman telling every student to believe in Allah. I saw Kunal Kamra making fun of my gods. Now I wonder, is this really a NEET protest? This is Rafiq Hussain Bhattuk. He was a leader in Godhra, owned two petrol pumps, and it was he who arranged the petrol used to burn the Sabarmati train. He remained absconding for 14 years. The Gujarat Intelligence Bureau had kept his relatives and family members under surveillance, with all their phones being monitored. One day, he called his son because he had become a grandfather. The surveillance traced his location to Delhi. He then told his son that he would secretly come to Godhra on a certain date because he wanted to see his grandson. The police decided it would be better to let him come to Godhra rather than arrest him in Delhi. He arrived in Godhra, where police officers in plain clothes were stationed at the railway station and arrested him. Yesterday, all of his crimes were proven in court, and he was sentenced to life imprisonment. Remember when Lalu Yadav used to say that the fire on the Sabarmati Express in Godhra had started on its own and that no one had set it? After confessing everything, he told the police that he had spent those 14 years living in Lajpat Rai Market in Old Delhi. Just think about how vast the ecosystem of these religious terrorists is. Do you know the reality of Sonam Wangchuk. The Home Ministry had cancelled the FCRA licence of the NGO run by Sonam Wangchuk, called SECMOL, which was receiving funds from mainly USA and China. Despite this, SECMOL continued to receive funds through foreign entities through hidden pathways, cards, and unauthorized networks. Amit Shah brought new rules for FCRA in June 2026. Immediately after the new rules of FCRA were imposed, Sonam Wangchuk joined the CJP protest on a hunger strike on June 28, 2026. Connect the dots. Sonam Wangchuk, who is credited for creating vertical, cone shaped ice towers, (Ice Stupas) for which he won the Rolex Awards for Enterprise in 2016, essentially copied the ice stupa concept from Chewang Norphel, another Ladakhi. Chewang Norphel was the first to invent the concept of making artificial glaciers, ice stupas and providing water to Ladakh & by 2012, he had made 12 such glaciers with the total cost of only 90,000 rupees. For this work, Norfil won the Jamnalal Bajaj award for Application of Science and Technology for Rural Development for constructing these ice stupas in 2010.
