If your young person has an EHCP and is moving from school to college, you should receive an amended plan by 31 March. We are here to give advice if you are unhappy with the plan or the school or college which has been allocated. Contact [email protected]
We have a leaflet on our website which contains some information on what to include in the parent EHC Needs Assessment Profile. Don't forget, you only need to send a letter in order to request the assessment and you can find a template letter on our website too.
