Documentation which addresses all their criticisms. If they reviewed a murder without seeing that documentation they would be laughed out of the incident room.

There is a difference between commencing an investigation & creating a major incident team. The former starts with screening, the latter comes once screening is cleared.

It was only after Evans reports started coming in and they looked at who could have committed the offences that Letby became an official suspect. But you have already said there was a giant conspiracy & everyone involved is corrupt.

It’s no surprise reporters who are leading the campaign to simply have Letby released should agree with all the opinions of an anonymous campaigner. I’ve read all 150 pages now & it’s no more than theories made to fit documents.

We know that only after Evans identified cases & presented his findings to siloed teams & only Letby was there did Letby become a suspect.
