That would be true but company names are usually entered in regular caps there with the bracket placeholder being in all caps but not the content. Also note the parenthetical is not in all caps under SAFE when that whole title could have just been SIMPLE AGREEMENT FOR FUTURE EQUITY \n ("Safe")
