I was bullied for how I look. I almost quit. Instead I kept making these lamps by hand, one by one. Today people from across the world have them in their rooms. This is what happens when you don't give up. ❤️

A pregnant, homeless woman approached a police officer and said: "I'm pregnant. I'm homeless, I'm a drug addict, and I'm done." She wanted help getting to a treatment centre on Gizen High Street but had no way to get there. The officer immediately let her sit in his patrol car, followed procedure by checking her pockets, and asked if she was hungry. She was. On the way, they stopped for food—he bought her cheeseburgers and made it a full meal. He offered her the choice to eat outside with him or in the car, treating her with respect and dignity. After the meal, he drove her straight to the treatment facility and handed her off safely. She thanked him warmly.

Honestly, this is the most accurate diagram I've seen. Waterfall: You plan for 18 months and deliver exactly what nobody needs anymore. Agile: You deliver something usable at every step, but the CEO keeps asking, "Where's the car?" AI: You get the car on day one. It has six wheels, the doors are on backwards, and it has a rocket launcher. You spend more time making it yours than actually "building"; it's shaping. owning. verifying. That's what the best AI developers do now. They don't build. They shape and own.

Sharing your LLM output is the new food selfie!

Humans aren’t magical. We’re trained too: books, teachers, imitation, culture. So “LLMs are just trained on text” isn’t a knockout critique; it’s an incomplete one. LLMs also get the late-learner advantage at scale: they can ingest and compress more written experience than any individual can live. And yes, today their interface is mostly language; but coupling to tools and robots will increasingly anchor outputs to the physical world. So the right distinction is not metaphysical (“real intelligence”) but operational: reliability, grounding, robustness, and self-correction under pressure. And regardless of capability, the governance truth remains: agency and accountability must stay with humans; because power without responsibility is the actual failure mode.

Most people are terrified AI will take their jobs because they confuse their tasks with their purpose. Jensen Huang explains it perfectly: If you watched a CEO all day, you would think their job is "typist" because they spend most of their time typing emails. If AI automates typing, the CEO doesn't lose their job. They just have more time to lead. The same applies to everyone. When AI automates the tasks, it enhances the purpose. Stop measuring your value by your to-do list. Your value is the purpose behind it.
