Take the Claude credits. Then build something the model can't become on its own. Free credits and top rate limits aren't kindness. They're a model company recruiting its ecosystem. Take the fuel, but don't build a thin layer over Claude, that's the first thing absorbed.

Managing people never worked. Agents now do the work nobody wanted. So you keep fewer people, and they have to actually want the job and run the AI. We're heading to flatter teams and a hard sort: who wants the work, and who was only there to be managed.

Mark Cuban says every small business needs someone who can build agents. Almost none of them will learn how. They won't learn Claude Code or agentic workflows. Ever. So the opportunity isn't teaching owners to build agents. It's handing them the agent, already built and running.
