@viajaVolaris @monchislanda15 I can’t get a refund bc it wasn’t over 24 hours ago. How was ANYONE going to know this was going to happen. I have dmed you and whats apples and been put on hold for over an hour on the phone. I am disappointed in the service and the care for consumer safety.

@viajaVolaris @monchislanda15 My flight status doesn’t show anything. No update or nothing it says to WhatsApp bc it’s in Guadalajara. There is 4 automated responses and NO support. This is so sad that the company is so money hungry that profit is put above safety of consumers.
