The network is called Arweave, they describe themselves as "like bitcoin, but for data" What looks like "the website" is really just one of many identical gateways to data stored permanently across a decentralized network Take-Two can DMCA individual gateways to block it, or operators can preemptively block it themselves, but this doesn't delete anything, it just stops your node from serving it But even if every single gateway blocked it that data he uploaded never goes away which is the whole point.

Interesting thing about the Take-Two / GTA 6 leak subpoena that I don't think is being talked about enough It's written so broadly they're asking Discord for emails, phone numbers, IP logs, message logs and other identifying info for nearly 100K accounts across 3 different
