I completely overhauled the equipment rental financial model, here are the updates:
1. Better utilization logic.
2. Added dynamic sources and uses summary.
3. Rebuilt the entire equity injection / waterfall return.
4. Added 4 more debt tranches.
5. Rebuilt the capex / disposition logic.
6. Integrated all updates into 3-statement model.

@noface_trdr I mean as soon as they get leases and progress on panther. Then next year positive development on Scrubgrass pushes it to who knows.
Right now everyone is just waiting on leases and may take us into September. I have no problem just sitting for awhile.
@noface_trdr That depends on what you think is gonna happen in the next twelve months. To me it's a hold and upside in the 20s. I think risk reward is good here. Everyone has to find what they are comfortable with.
Started working on this today and holy moly the model is getting a lot of updates. Everything is getting structured for better modeling from revenue to costs and how salvage value works. It will be something when finished. Hopefully this coming week.

Nobody tells you the agent may end up getting you a sales price that is 10% less. Also, the uncertainty of the sale and months of holding costs can change the overall net cash flow of selling. Curious what you end up getting the sales price to be with an agent and how long it takes.
