@airindiain, what exactly is wrong with your Ticketing Desk? We have been disconnected over 15 times after long waits, including after a callback! Can someone (who can actually resolve issues and not forward us to an apparently non-functioning desk) please contact? Thanks.

@UberINSupport Your drivers don't turn up - you charge cancellation fees which you refund as Uber credits on request. What's up with refusing to refund them to my payment card? Do you contend that it is not customers' money? Yes, I understand that Uber credits don't expire.
