@etihad We were about to flight from LIsbon to Osaka via Abudabi. We bought these flight because only 2 stops as we have a small kid with 8 years old. Now the flight from Lisbon was reschedule and noone assure us the flight to Japan! We have a kid and hotels booked. I was 40 minutes

@eDreams We bought on september 2019 a flight for Japan for 3 persons for april 2020. We are on october 2020, and no refund was done. Due to european law you are unlegal, can you please provide feedback ASAP (you should have more than 100 contacts )? eDreams number 4704231935
