Heading back home and happy to inform that I got a Nagara Meter Taxi easily. Prakash is a happy professional driver and his vehicle is pristinely well kept. Nagara is an award winning community initiative. I request fellow Bengaluru citizens to try Nagara for their rides 🙏🏽
BMRCL is playing politics in Bengaluru metro planning. It falsely claimed that Veterinary College station is dropped from Red Line due to "low ridership" DPR tells "ridership" is good. BMRCL actively supported BBMP's Tunnel Road proposals & has destroyed Red Line. Very sad.
The entire Tunnel Road proposal is a planning & real estate scam. Bengaluru must vociferously, in unison, say to the misguided Government SCRAP TUNNEL ROAD. EXPEDITE RED LINE.

Another proof that BMRCL lied. The reason for removing Veterinary College station on the Red Line (Phase 3a) proposal is short tunnel Rd. In the 2024 DPR, 15000 sq.m of TOD (Transit Oriented Development) was planned at Veterinary College station. Station would have come free!
Pay attention, Bengaluru Our neglect of Public - Schools led to pvt. school dependency Hospitals led to pvt. hospital dependency Water supply led to excessive boreholes/tanker dependency Now neglect public transport, we'll have car dependency forever. Priority matters.
Brilliant airport but.. ..measured in public transport accessibility terms it will be bottom ranked. - Blue line is 2 years away - Suburban line is a decade away - BMTC is good but still inadequate - Private coaches not allowed.
