Apparently 'talent scarcity' was a hot topic at a recent independent agency network conference. I suspect if these people checked Linkedin they'd find loads of awesome talent who'd love to work for them. However most of these people are over 40. #ageism
@darran_potter @russjefferys Also there are plenty of roles you can do as well as run - this positioning of volunteering as ‘giving up your run’ is counter productive. If more people knew about the opportunity to do both I think volunteer numbers would soar.
