@newbalance Too bad the people working at the New Balance store at the expo were so careless that they charged me for two pairs of running shoes when I only got one. When I saw the error in the receipt, it was too late. Expo closed. Never buying New Balance anything again. 😡

@newbalance I was charged for 2 pairs of $140.00 running shoes at the NYC Marathon expo (when I only purchased one) on Friday and New Balance is refusing to refund the money. New Balance customer service really sucks.
