Be careful if you want to use @ring customer service. It's terrible. We've been logged out of my moms ring account for 10 days now. I can't reset the password because it is linked to my fathers phone who passed away. I've spent time on calls, twice and tried on here but i can't get anywhere. I was promised it'd be sorted in 72 hours but I've heard nothing. How come we can't do a simple thing like reset a password and get the verification code via email? So now I am paying for an account that I can't access it. I can't even log in to cancel the subscription.

@Hermesparcels I cannot find out what has happened to my parcel which was meant to be next day delivery. You have removed any way for me to get a refund as I have insured delivery. Are we all supposed to just start the small claims court process?

Hey @EdsEasyDiner you are misleading customers with your “bottomless breakfast” menu advertising. It clearly states “any Ed’s breakfast” but then you charge extra for additional kids breakfasts. @ASA_UK How do I make a complaint about the misleading advertising boards?
