The mortgage tells you a lot. I think the mortgage was $10m. So, if you have the money, you don't leverage the house with a mortgage. So, they had cash issues. Fine. It was supposed to be paid for with the commercial earnings. But that didn't quite work out. What they didn't understand is that if you have a huge household staff, and a pr staff, and a security staff, and a production staff, those are expenses that add up.

@The1Hamp @vbspurs This is what I'm talking about. Get the movie club together. Pool about $15m. Film a documentary about entering Megan's house, get a cool $10m and then flip the house. It's basically no risk at all.

I got mine as a puppy the summer before my senior year in college. I wanted her to get fresh air, so I tied her to a cinder block in our front yard when I went to class. Well, I was daydreaming in history class when I looked out the window and saw this puppy running down the street dragging this cinder block behind her. They are sled dogs. I said I've got to go. She basically never left my side after that.

@StevieWestAgain Luckily, my husky was extremely territorial. If I left him alone, there would be hell to pay. But never in my room. always, my hallmates would pay the price. And it was often quite a price.

all right. all right. I brought this up with AI. I'm not proud of that fact. But we came down to buyers in that price range are not going to overprice because of provenance. In fact the negative notoriety might bring the price down. Pretty much no way it goes from $15m to $60m. But, at the risk of my own possible machinations, what if the movie group purchased it with the intent to do a walk in documentary? $6-12m?

@YesThatVCharles So, let me get this straight. The city grocery store will sell food at a loss, undercutting local grocery stores. But the city will remedy that by providing grants to the local grocery stores to replace their lost profits.
