@AmazonHelp See, my account hasn't been closed, just restricted from non-digital purchases. Your "team" claims that I am associated with a violating account that has been closed. That is factually incorrect. It is impossible to connect with your team (as previously stated).

Question for @amazon. I have received an email that my account has been restricted for being "directly related to another account that has violated policy." I don't have any other accounts and the only account that mine is related to is my spouse for sharing Prime.

@AmazonHelp I called, they can't help me, they told me to fill out the same form (photo attached) that does not take me to a form. My account is NOT associated with any other accounts and you are fraudulently making this association and restricting my account.

@AmazonHelp -Tyler, the standard support team isn't able to assist me with this. I've already chatted for over an hour and spoken on the phone with someone and the only response is to follow up to the email. Amazon has incorrectly associated me with an account but will not resolve it

@bremic9188 You can plan your trip in the app and it’ll tell you exactly where to stop and charge and for how long and calculates that into the total trip length and even send it to your car when you’re ready to start your trip :)
